I can help you set up your new Mac or iPhone, and peripheral devices (printer, scanner, hard drive, digital camera, etc.), build a network for your home or office, and get you online via cable, dial-up, or wireless. I cover basic introduction, customizing and optimizing your system, organizing your files, installing and learning applications, and troubleshooting - along the way I’ll share plenty of tips, techniques and shortcuts to make using your Mac more productive and enjoyable.
I can create personalized cheat sheets that explain any procedure in a way you understand, and to which you can refer after our session.
Like the friendly town doctor of old, I'm happy to make house calls! I work with you as a tutor/trainer at your home or office, in the Madison County Missouri area. After one or more sessions at your location, I can also offer ongoing coaching and support via telephone and remote screen sharing, an application that allows me to work with you while at my office - from extended training sessions to brief calls that focus on one or two tasks at hand.
Since the iPod went public in 2001 and then the iPhone in 2007, Apple has grown by leaps and bounds and there are many new Macintosh users out there. I am an Apple old timer have been using Macs since the early 1990s and are ready to help! With over 22 years experience I know Macs inside and out and love to share my knowledge.
